Initial Evaluation

Comprehensive subjective and physical assessment. Taking your goals and unique needs into consideration to create a plan of care specific for YOU!
Here at KFix, we understand that everyone is an individual and that no two injuries are exactly the same.

Treatment & Therapy

One-on-one treatment- just you and a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Each treatment session is 1 hour long. You will have the undivided attention of your physical therapist for that hour. 

Includes corrective exercises, correction of form in sports and exercise mechanics, various manual therapies, and constant guidance as you navigate your recovery and continue in or return to your sport or physical activity. 

Proactive Performance Program

Stay on top of your health and get ahead of injuries before they occur. If you are involved in a sport, participate in regular vigorous exercise, or are experiencing age-related changes in physical health- then this is for you! In these monthly visits, we can address any new areas of concern, apply hands on techniques, modify programming based on your current training regimen especially for upcoming competitions or specific goals, and analyze and correct movement quality such as running or specific exercises. 

Blood Flow Restriction Therapy

Utilizing the latest state-of-the-art technology,  BFR is a technique that combines low intensity exercise with blood flow occlusion that produces similar results to high intensity training. Perfect for post-op or recently injured atheltes!
